We specialize in deep foundation systems, foundation stabilization, helical piers, helical tie-backs, push piers, displacement piles, concrete lifting, polyurethane deep injection, and carbon fiber structural reinforcement. We hold a General B contractor license (# 1075253) with an additional classification of C61/D30 pile driving/pressure foundation jacking classification.

Pacific Coast Underpinning, Inc. was started in 2020, by a handful of co-workers: Kelly Egloff, Todd Egloff and Gary Tyler. This new venture was led by owner Kelly Egloff. Pacific Coast Underpinning gives us the opportunity to branch out into the public works sector of the foundation stabilization industry. Pacific Coast Underpinning is signatory to the Laborers’ Union.
